Ideal Itinenary

Day1

Get together at the hotel in Fukuoka. Have a pre-ceremony with all passengers of the GYB charter tour. Brace yourself for unparalleled and sublime journey.

Day2

Enjoy your time at guest-only lounge at Hakata station. Get on the Seven Stars cruise train and begin a journey replete with adventure.

Day 3

Enjoy superb views of the Kusasenri plateau. Your stay for today will be at Japanese style inn “ryokan”. Immerse yourself in traditional Japanese customs.

Day 4

Visit alluring southern Kyushu with Seven Stars. You may choose to go sightseeing in Miyazaki or experience a craft workshop on a train.

Day 5

Have a farewell party onboard. After having the last original dish, the railroad tour ends at Hakata station.

Behind-the-scene Story

Since Mr.Kogi, founder of our company, and Mr.Karaike, chairman of the Kyushu Railway Company were old companions, Mr.Kogi gave counsel under the development of “Seven Stars in Kyushu.” He proposed that “Why can’t Japan have classy and extravagant railway such as Orient Express or  Rovos Rail of South Africa which offers blissful moment?” In the process of the inspection team going overseas to ride around luxurious railways, they took a ride on “El Transcantabrico” in Spain as a customer of GYB indeed.
