Ideal Itinenary

Day1-2

Embark on a hiking trip to Daisetsu-zan, an area in central Hokkaido withholding many volcanic mountains that soar above 2,000m. You will be staying at the Kurodake mountain hut; a perfect place to get a view of countless stars that embellish the sky.

Day3

In past times, Daisetsu-zan was called “A garden where gods have a good time” because of its beautiful scenery of swamps, rivers, and extraordinary stone fields. Witness the beautiful mountain which people once worshiped as the sacred god’s garden.

Day 4

Mt. Tomuraushi, located in the center of Daisetsu-zan National Park, is home to countless colonies of alpine plants. Flowers are blooming as far as your eyes can see. You also might encounter adorable wild animals such as pikas and the Japanese sable, while soaking your tired muscles at the Tomuraushi hot spring.
